Welcome! I’m thrilled to connect with you! With years of experience as a veteran ministry leader, I’ve had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles within local churches and non-profit ministries. Currently, I serve as the Director of Trips for Leader Treks, where I help empower and equip leaders through meaningful ministry experiences.

Before this role, I served as the Mission & Discipleship Coordinator for Texans on Mission (formerly Texas Baptist Men) and held associate pastor positions at several churches across Texas. Today, I continue to pour into the next generation by serving as the Interim Youth Pastor at Northlake Baptist Church in Garland, TX.

My journey has included impactful work with Texas Baptists, including Super Summer Leadership Camps, where I’ve mentored and guided others in their faith journeys. Most recently, I developed a Life-Mapping process to help individuals create their own Personal Life Plan, a resource available through DiscipleTexas.com.

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Christian Education, as well as a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry from Trinity Theological Seminary in Evansville, IN. It’s an honor to serve and walk alongside others as they grow in faith and purpose.
